A career as an Insurance Claims & Programs Coordinator within the Administration team at National Bank is to support the delivery of timely and accurate insurance claims processing while managing insurance programs and requirements. Your role:
This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Insurance Claims & Programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including Administration, Collections, Accounting, and other operational teams, as well as external contacts such as customers, brokers, vendors, and insurance providers. The team operates in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong focus on accuracy, service excellence, and risk management.
