SECURITY CONCIERGE (FULL-TIME) – RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM-MILTON, ON

To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Concierges to join our team at a residential condominium community in Milton.

Responsibilities

• Control all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the property.
• Greet residents, guests, contractors, and service providers in a professional manner.
• Verify visitors and manage access control procedures.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, security systems, and building activity.
• Issue and track keys, fobs, and access cards.
• Operate security equipment, computers, radios, telephones, and access control systems.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and resident concerns.
• Ensure that Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed during fire alarms and other site emergencies.
• Complete incident reports, occurrence reports, and daily activity logs.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the property.
• Liaise with residents, property management, contractors, and emergency services as required.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented presence at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of residential condominium, concierge, security, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR Certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong observational, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using security and access control systems.
• Reliable transportation to Milton.
• Professional, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.

Compensation

• $ 18.00-18.50 per hour.

1. Tuesday - Saturday (Nights) Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM • Saturday: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM
2. Friday - Monday (Nights) Friday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM • Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM • Monday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
3. Sunday - Thursday (Nights) Sunday: 12:00 AM - 12:00 PM • Monday to Thursday: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
