Spécialiste acquisition de Talents - Centre du QuébecTu veux accompagner des entreprises dans la recherche de leurs talents clés, en jouant un vrai rôle stratégique?Tu maîtrises la chasse de tête, tu aimes créer des liens avec les clients et tu souhaites développer encore plus ta posture de consultant.e?

Go RH est à la recherche d’un.e Spécialiste en acquisition de talents pour se joindre à notre équipe dans le secteur de Drummondville.
Dans ce rôle, tu accompagneras nos clients dans l’identification, l’attraction et la sélection des meilleurs talents pour leur organisation. Appuyé.e par ton ou ta team lead, tu contribueras activement à la qualité de nos livrables, à l’expérience candidat et à la satisfaction de nos partenaires.

Ce que tu feras au quotidien

    • Gérer tes mandats de recrutement en respectant les délais et les attentes des clients
    • Accompagner les clients au jour le jour, avec un vrai rôle-conseil pour les aider à trouver les bons talents
    • Préparer et suivre un plan de travail clair, en gardant une communication ouverte et transparente
    • Faire de la chasse de tête active : sourcing, approches directes, préqualification et présentation des meilleurs candidats
    • Gérer les affichages et lancer des campagnes pour attirer aussi les talents passifs
    • Alimenter et entretenir notre base de talents dans l’ATS (Lever)
    • Imaginer des stratégies d’acquisition adaptées à chaque besoin, à court et long terme
    • Offrir des interventions de qualité qui collent vraiment aux besoins des clients
    • Participer à des projets RH, suivre tes heures facturables et proposer des idées pour améliorer les résultats
    • Travailler en équipe, partager tes idées et contribuer aux projets internes (formations, co-développement, etc.)

Ce qu'il te faut pour briller

    • 3 à 8 ans d’expérience en firme ou agence de recrutement, avec une solide expertise en sourcing technique et un accompagnement complet du processus de dotation;
    • Expérience en service-conseil ou relation client, avec une vraie passion pour trouver des solutions créatives aux défis des clients
    • À l’aise avec les approches directes (téléphone, courriels, réseaux sociaux) et la négociation salariale (fixe et variable)
    • Capable d’accompagner efficacement les gestionnaires et DRH en entrevue, autant sur les aspects techniques que sur les compétences relationnelles
    • Bilingue français-anglais, avec une communication claire et adaptée à chaque interlocuteur
    • Permis de conduire valide et voiture pour te déplacer chez les clients au besoin
    • Adaptabilité : toujours prêt(e) à t’ajuster aux changements et à naviguer les dynamiques d’équipe avec aisance
    • Organisation : excellent sens des priorités pour gérer efficacement ton temps et atteindre tes objectifs
    • Autonomie : prise d’initiative et capacité à trouver des solutions de façon proactive
    • Esprit d’équipe : envie de collaborer, partager tes idées et contribuer à un environnement de travail stimulant
