Une firme d'architecture bien établie, reconnue pour la qualité de ses projets et son environnement collaboratif, est à la recherche d'un·e adjoint·e aux offres de services pour appuyer son équipe dans la préparation et la coordination de ses propositions professionnelles.
L'entreprise regroupe une quarantaine de professionnels passionnés, répartis entre Montréal et Sherbrooke. Forte de plusieurs décennies d'expérience, elle mise sur l'innovation, la rigueur et la créativité pour concevoir une architecture contemporaine, durable et fonctionnelle.
Responsabilités
Appuyer la responsable des offres de services dans la préparation, le montage et la rédaction professionnelle de propositions et autres documents corporatifs.
S'assurer de la qualité, de la cohérence et de la présentation des documents produits.
Participer à la mise à jour régulière des CV et profils de projets de la firme.
Collaborer à la coordination interne pour la collecte d'informations techniques et administratives nécessaires aux soumissions.
Assurer le respect des échéanciers et la bonne gestion des priorités.
Dynamisme, autonomie et sens de l'organisation.
Attitude positive et collaborative auprès des collègues et partenaires internes.
Intérêt marqué pour le milieu de l'architecture, du design ou des services professionnels.
Souci du détail et rigueur dans la qualité du travail.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à respecter les délais.
Minimum de deux (2) années d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire.
Formation pertinente (ex. bureautique, rédaction, administration ou domaine connexe).
Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Maîtrise de la suite Office et des logiciels de mise en page (InDesign, un atout).
