What you’ll do

• Working within Digital Health, a Shared Health service, to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.

• The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

What you'll need

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in a business analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

• 10 years’ experience implementing projects in healthcare environments. Activities should include facilitating requirements sessions and workshops with clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.

• 3 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts suite of products in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.

• 5 years’ experience implementing Electronic Health Records (EHRs) in a clinical environment. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include the deployment to multiple hospitals across a region.

• 5 years’ experience in a business analysis team lead role implementing healthcare information system projects. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.

• 3 years’ experience using agile techniques to develop prototypes of healthcare information systems with the goal of improving usability and user satisfaction. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
