Our client, Industrial Supply is seeking a Warehouse Associate (forklift ) to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Pay Range: $22 - $24 based on experience

Shift: Days Monday to Friday 07:00-15:30

What's the Job?

• Handle all incoming shipments, including receiving and verification of purchased products.
• Enter order receipts into the company computer system and segregate backorders for proper storage.
• Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate and inspect returned material prior to return authorization forms.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment (including assemble & hold orders), and prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
• Support warehouse cleanliness and safety by maintaining housekeeping, assembling/disassembling bins and racks as needed, and assisting with loading trucks and local delivery records.

What's Needed?

• Forklift experience : Minimum 1 year of actual driving counter balance forklift
• High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to support receiving, order entry, and warehouse documentation.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and exposure to weather conditions as required.
• Comfort working with heavy materials and using hand tools; ability to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to follow strict safety regulations and operate heavy equipment when required.
