  • Coordinate with the Change Management team on the activities required for the successful publishing and roll out of Standards.
  • Partner with Change Management and Deployment to embed MOS standards into implementation plans, ensuring adoption, capability building, and sustained behavioral change.
  • Actively collaborate with MOS Coaches and Implementation Workstream Leads to validate that standards are implementable, effective in practice, and aligned to operational realities; incorporate field feedback into design evolution.
  • Act as the design authority during MOS implementations, ensuring deviations are managed, standards are applied consistently, and exceptions are evaluated and approved appropriately.
  • Develop, facilitate and govern the assurance processes for MOS including audits, maturity assessments and management of change.
  • Organizing and leading (with site collaboration) regular audits & maturity assessments.
  • Maintaining the MOS roadmap and backlog for future MOS changes and improvements.
  • Training key MOS leaders (e.g. designers & custodians) at site on more advanced MOS concepts.
  • Executing & maintaining the MOC process for MOS changes.
