Role Description: The Online Order Picking Associate will be responsible for collecting items throughout the store, both from the retail floor and the warehouse areas, in order to fulfill orders that are placed online or over the phone, preparing them for pickup or delivery. They work closely with the Store Support, Guest Services, and Curbside Pick-Up teams. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who is willing to pitch in when help is needed & take on any task throughout the store. Starting wage range: $18.25 - $19.50

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Learn new technology such at the Online Order HUB and our Canadian Tire inventory and communication systems.
• Understand the store layout in order to efficiently collect items without retracing steps.
• Effectively communicate with other departments and teams within the store for assistance in locating products.
• Trained on store processes and technologies to assist with warehouse call-downs and locating/delocating products.
• While this is more of a task-driven team, there is still an expectation of high-level customer service with any customers you may come across.
• Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations.
