As an Account Manager in our Vancouver office, you’ll take ownership of a high-value, complex book of business within the Real Estate sector, working with long-standing, diverse clients. How you'll make an impact Lead the delivery of end-to-end service across a complex Real Estate portfolio, ensuring a consistently high standard of client experience Manage renewals strategically, including marketing, carrier negotiations, and coverage optimization Provide expert advice on Real Estate risks, identifying exposures and designing tailored solutions Build and deepen long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in a competitive marketplace Identify opportunities for portfolio growth, including cross-sell and expansion initiatives Partner closely with Producers and internal specialists to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions Mentor junior colleagues and help elevate team capability through knowledge sharing and leadership Navigate multinational placements and complex risk structures where applicable About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: 7+ years of commercial insurance experience in a client-facing role Mandatory: Strong experience handling Real Estate risk portfolios Experience with multinational programs or complex accounts is a strong asset Active provincial insurance license CAIB, CIP, CRM (completed or in progress) considered an asset Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience Deep expertise in complex commercial coverages, with strong understanding of market trends and dynamics Proven ability to build and manage strong client and insurer relationships while handling complex accounts Natural leader with mentoring experience, combined with a proactive and self-driven approach Highly organized with strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset Solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement focus and ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
