  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Banded Peak’s beer offerings, including styles, flavours, and key ingredients.
  • Maintain a positive, team-first attitude and remain engaged during all shifts.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to all Alberta Health Services regulations and brewery kitchen safety policies.

  • Assist with inventory checks, receiving, and proper storage of food products.

Cleanliness and Organization

  • Maintain a clean and tidy taproom environment, including tables, bar counters, and seating areas.
  • Complete and sign off on daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning lists before the end of designated shift.
  • Ensure that glassware is sanitized and polished.
  • Monitor and provide back-up stock for things such as napkins, and off sales, and kegs as needed.
