  • Support successful new product launches in collaboration with the Medium Voltage Business Unit and Operations & Engineering Services teams.
  • Enhance QMS effectiveness and efficiency by participating in ISO 9001 audits and leading responses to assigned findings.
  • Partner with Supplier Quality Engineers within MRBs to contain non-conforming materials and drive supplier corrective actions.
  • Fulfill MV Global Center of Excellence responsibilities by advancing system standardization, technology transfer, and best-practice sharing across global sites.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities while adhering to defined standards, streamlining activities, and improving execution efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, contribute to shared goals, and promote a cooperative, solutions-focused working environment.
  • Make sound, data-informed decisions; balance priorities and adjust work methods to eliminate inefficiencies.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in Engineered-to-Order (ETO) Electrical/Electronic systems manufacturing, working in environments with formal quality management (ISO9001) & production systems.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills required for procedure writing and communication when dealing with all levels of the organization. The ability to provide clear, concise technical summaries to executives is critical.
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.

What We Offer:

  • Health Insurance including Medical and Dental
