Location: Moncton, NB
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 430pm
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain customer portals with both packings slips and POD's
- Provide administrative support, and reception coverage when necessary
- Partner closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to maintain an efficient, well-coordinated workflow
- Perform other related duties as required to support daily operations
What you Bring- Minimum of High School or equivalency.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
- Good communication skills with both internal and external customers.
- Experience and knowledge of TruckMate is an asset.
- Transportation knowledge is considered an asset.
