Job Description

What will you do?

• The General Labor employee works to ensure that company property, building, vehicles and tools are Safe, Secure, Operational, Organized, Clean.
• Safely operate equipment and vehicles related to the positions needs.
• Maintain property organization, cleanliness, and general upkeep.
• Complete general shop duties as assigned (deburr aluminum, move material, unload/organize deliveries, clean boats, etc)
• Assist production or other departments, as needed.
• Demonstrate safe work practices. Comply with safety standards required by the company and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

What do you need to succeed?

• Relevant experience in a manufacturing/shop/construction environment preferred.
• Forklift certificate required
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Continuous physical effort is required (standing, walking, stooping, climbing, grasping/reaching. Lifting/moving items up to 75 pounds.
