Family Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join a prestigious law firm in downtown Winnipeg.

Do you have previous experience as a Family Legal Assistant or Paralegal? Are driven, have high attention to detail and can juggle competing priorities? Responsibilities
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing Invoices and billing
- Schedule and change court hearings
- Communicating with Clients and other lawyers
- Drafting letters, dictation, transcriptions, managing calendars
- Providing other legal administrative support as required

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a family legal assistant/paralegal
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and able to handle a heavy workload
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and able to interact with clients
- Good problem-solving skills and able to work independently
- Great communication skills
