Senior Electronics Test Engineer

The Senior Electronics Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring all new products meet the required specifications before they are commercially released and will take a leading role in the more complex and challenging tasks. This will involve running a series of tests and measurements on all new modules to be added to the product range, whilst managing multiple projects. You will also assist technicians and engineers (including training) when required.

Key Responsibilities

• In depth testing of new and legacy products to the highest standard.
• Lead complex projects and tasks, liaising with colleagues worldwide.
• Solving complex problems using your own initiative.
• Create C++ software applications for engineering and production test.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in electronics testing
• Skills/Competencies: Strong expertise in analog and digital electronics
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in a related discipline (desirable but not essential)

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in analog and digital electronics, including circuit design, signal processing, and debugging.
• Proficiency in programming with C++ (or similar), particularly for automated test systems.
• Familiarity with testing tools and equipment, such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, signal generators, and logic analysers.
• Coaching and mentoring skills.
• Safety conscious approach
