In this role you are working as a Process Technician for Injection Molding to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines according to established procedures and specifications.
- Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery and being comfortable in a production environment on the shop-floor.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

- The production of high-quality plastic components. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- + 5 years in injection molding or a related manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic machining techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with safety circuits on machines is a plus.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and calculating dimensions during production tasks.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working with PVC, CPVC, ABS and other types of Plastics.
