Job DescriptionHost/Hostess Stone Creek Resorts Inc. are world-class Golf resorts in the most beautiful natural surroundings: Silvertip Resort in Alberta, and Eagle Resort in British Columbia. Our service commitment, Service Beyond, sets us apart from our competitors.We are looking for hosts and hostesses to join our team at Silvertip Resort, located in Canmore, Alberta. A successful candidate is required to work as per the company values: Caring, Integrity, Excellence, and Team Spirit.Job Responsibilities:Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.Answering the phone to handle reservations and guest inquiriesMaintaining professionalism and kindness towards guests at all timesBe skilled with problem solving and anticipating the needs of guestsProviding solutions to the guest's complaints or issues or escort them to the supervisor or managerHelping in maintaining a clean and organized restaurantLeading our front door to ensure prompt, friendly greeting and seating of each guestBe a part of welcoming and training new team membersWorking as a team player with other departments to provide a great experience to the guestsRequirements:Diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.Hospitality experience is an asset.Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.Able to work in a fast-paced environment,Able to lift, push or pull up to 40lbsWhy Silvertip Resort:Our staff experience working at a world-class Golf Resort.Discounted: golf privileges, staff meals, restaurant meals, golf shop purchases, sister resort Eagle RanchWe offer a unique and engaging work environment with breathtaking viewsStone Creek Resorts Inc. is committed to supporting a diverse workforce for various communities within which we operate.
