Position SummaryKey Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Mapping
Document current-state workflows using standardized notation (BPMN, swimlanes, flow diagrams, etc.).
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements & Analysis
Run workshops, interviews, and observations to extract business needs.
Translate findings into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
Operational Improvement Support
Partner with Central Ops / SMEs to validate ideas, scope improvements, and support delivery through the intake → assessment → planning → execution flow
Contribute to business cases, impact analysis, and prioritization scoring.
Governance & Documentation
Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and playbooks.
Track metrics tied to process performance (cycle times, error rates, throughput, etc.).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, IT, and PMO to ensure alignment.
Participate in stand-ups, planning reviews, and retros to keep processes evergreen.
Qualifications
2–4 years in Business Analysis, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or similar.
Experience mapping processes and gathering business requirements.
Skills
Process mapping & analysis
Requirements elicitation
Basic data analysis (Excel, BI tools, or similar)
Strong communication & facilitation
Basic understanding of Agile concepts
Nice to Have / Growth Areas
Exposure to Lean Six Sigma or improvement frameworks
Interest in Product Ownership concepts (roadmaps, backlogs, value measurement)
