Dental Technician - Case Consultant & Quality Control

Our Laboratory specializes in the creation of complex cases, implant-supported crown and bridge, fixed and removable dentures as well as orthodontic appliances.

Always at the forefront of technology, we continue to offer our products and services tailored to the specific needs of its clientele.

Through its internal research and development program,we are continually exploring new technological advances in manufacturing its high-precision dental prosthesis.

Description :

The Case Consultant is responsible for client communication with regards to case support and treatment planning, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This position will also be responsible for managing final quality control and providing internal team training around technical aspects of all cases.

If you have at least 5 years’ experience in the dental lab industry, together with strong supervisory skills, we want to hear from you!

General Responsibilities :

As a Case Consultant

  • Assess, identify, and offer solutions for problem restorative cases
  • Discuss restorative options with doctors via phone / email
  • Ensure proper instructions are given to the technicians regarding problem cases

As a Dental Technician

  • Porcelain build-up
  • Stain and glaze
  • Design crown and bridge
  • Cement implant crowns on abutments
  • VIP designs

As Final Quality Control

  • Verify cases coming from plaster room before putting it in production. Ditch margins.
  • Verify and correct work ticket.
  • Verify digital designs.
  • Verify wax-ups before investing.
  • Ensure final restorations and appliances meet the company quality control standards.

As Customer Success Support

  • Assist with supporting customer service functions when required.
  • Ensure Dr’s are providing proper instructions on cases that help maintain the quality of the product.

Qualifications :

  • Technical School Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in dental lab industry
  • Must be able to manage people, processes, and technology
  • Must possess effective English and French communication skills (both oral and written,) while offering strong interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills;

acts skillfully with a sense of urgency Experience with 3Shape and Exocad systems

  • Experience with All-on-X cases
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking experience and awareness of relevant industry technology trends and applications
