We are seeking an experienced Residential Cleaner to join our building management team for our portfolio of properties in Penticton, British Columbia.

- Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain positive tenant relations and effective communication
- Ensure the building is clean and presentable at all times
- Promptly address tenant cleaning concerns
- Assist with building maintenance and repairs as needed, specifically in cases where post-repair cleaning is required
- Perform seasonal tasks such as but not limited to : light gardening, leaf clearing, snow removal, and exterior cleaning
- Respond to after-hours cleaning and building emergencies as needed
- Execute thorough and meticulous cleaning for tenant move-ins and move-outs
