Job Description

This is a hybrid position (3x a week in the office) in Downtown Vancouver.

In this position, you will be joining a large organization in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Your role will focus on graphic design and communications, and you will support proposals and proposal templates. You will be hands on in this role and manage a small team. You don’t need previous leadership experience and can grow your leadership skills further here.

What you will do and how you will make an impact …

You will write copy for internal and external communication.

You will be responsible for proposals; you will manage templates and create new ones as needed, design proposals using the Adobe suite, and ensure successful delivery.

You will be responsible for graphic design and will mainly work with Adobe InDesign.

You will manage this company’s social media strategy and stay on top of industry trends.

You will contribute to the marketing strategy and provide recommendations for new areas of opportunity.

You have previous experience in the real estate / AEC industry.

You have previous experience with copywriting and graphic design.

You have previous experience with proposal development.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist / Manager / similar
