Responsibilities
- Manage daily Pro
- Line events, including creating and updating game lists, teams, tables, and odds within sports betting platforms.
- Monitor market exposure and execute liability management processes to support sales and prize expense targets.
- Identify new market opportunities to enhance customer engagement and support the evolution of sports betting offerings.
- Produce accurate operational and performance reports, perform ad‑hoc data mining (Oracle), and interpret trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Investigate, document, and resolve operational issues using established procedures, escalating when needed.
- Provide timely and knowledgeable support to internal stakeholders on sports operations and related inquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across event management processes, reporting, and internal systems.
What you'll need
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
2+ years of professional experience as a business, reporting, or data analyst.Post-secondary education in business, or a related field.Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.Must reside in Atlantic Canada.Professional Skills :
Strong numerical and mathematical competency.Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.High attention to detail with strong accuracy in fast-paced environments.Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.Customer Service mindset.Ability to work varying shiftsAssets :
