Responsibilities
- You will predominately be a project manager within this role; however, you will finally have the impact of influencing design and spec!
- Develop customer relationships by ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved, and satisfaction is guaranteed
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers
- Maintain thorough understanding of products, services and features in order to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and / or University degree an asset
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with customer service or sales; plumbing, kitchen or bathroom showroom sales preferred
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract
- Project management excellence.
- Active listening and guided sales experience.
- Relationship building skills are essential both internally and externally.
- Problem solving through working smarter not harder.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and our CSR software.
- Goal orientated with the desire to win.
Preferred Skills :
Previous experience with or knowledge of products sold in the plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showrooms
