Field Sales Representative
to join our team in Repentigny.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a key role in increasing product sales within your assigned territory, primarily on the road, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities :
Develop business within your assigned territory, primarily through field visits
Meet with existing and potential customers to present our products
Prepare quotes and follow up on progress at client sites
Build customer loyalty and provide outstanding after-sales service
Your profile :
Relevant experience in sales development in the agricultural sector
Commercial acumen :
Passion for client visits and sales development
Active listening skills and ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Interpersonal skills :
Strong communication skills and talent for building effective client relationships
Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) to ensure clear and consistent communication with all clients, English-only speakers

Ability to manage an order portfolio and meet field objectives
Excellent organizational skills to manage time, travel, appointments, quotes, and projects efficiently
