Construction Manager

• 1-2 years of experience with design or construction of data centers / critical infrastructure or large scale mechanical and electrical plants.
• Understand construction / MEP engineering principles including switch gear, UPS, transformers, and circuit breakers.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to use data to justify conclusions. Proficiency in French and English required
• Experience to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings for all MEP disciplines.
• Ability to interpret data center system-level architecture, and equipment requirements, create / communicate conceptual designs, and create / maintain project documentation
• Maintain project budget and prepare change orders throughout project .
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepare project plans, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule and milestones, ensures quality control, risk identification and mitigation planning.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelors in Construction Management or Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or minimum 5 year industry experience preferred
