Project Manager - ServiceNow implementation

Role : PM with ServiceNow implementations experience

Contract length : 12 months, potential to extend

Location : downtown Toronto (King Street West / Dufferin Street)

Hybrid Mode l : 3x per week on site (non negotiable)

Work hours per week : 37.5

Rate : depends on expertise level (targeting 80-90 / hr, incorporated)

Role Overview

Lead a year-long, enterprise digital transformation, delivering end-to-end implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules . Responsible for legacy system transition, managing the implementation partner, and ensuring platform architecture aligns with long-term business objectives.

Role Focus : Lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of ServiceNow FSM, SOM, SPM, and Source-to-Pay , driving operational efficiency, order lifecycle improvement, portfolio alignment, and digitized procurement workflows.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, including 2–3 full-lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (FSM, SOM, or SPM preferred)
• Expert-level Agile / Scrum experience; familiarity with ServiceNow Now Create methodology is a strong plus
• Strong technical fluency to engage with developers on ServiceNow architecture and integrations
