Senior Superintendent - Midrise

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural construction, and interior finishing.
• Manage subcontractors and trades, ensuring efficient workflow and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of GTA and Ontario building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

• 10+ years of experience as a Mid-Rise Superintendent, with a proven track record of successfully leading full-cycle mid-to-high rise condo developments in the GTA market.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
• Excellent knowledge of GTA and Ontario building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A commitment to safety and quality, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
