Job descriptionDemonstrated results-oriented leadership with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization. Sharp business acumen with analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Effective time management with the ability to set priorities and delegate tasks. Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems. Age 18 or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work. Overview
The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. The ASM fully immerses in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides support to the Store Manager and drives store success by spending quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working with the team to drive sales.
Responsibilities

- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
- Exceed commercial targets and KPIs, set new records, and achieve remarkable success.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments with excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team in achieving KPI goals.
- Foster lasting connections with customers beyond transactions to build loyal fans.
- Build networks and attract top talent for Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand operation.
- All other duties as assigned.
