Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the infrastructure division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting infrastructure division.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

  • Monitor project costs and schedules, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project
  • Assist with financial processes, such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting
  • Support estimating and project planning activities, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of construction experience, preferably on civil projects
  • Experience working with a General Contractor, with strong knowledge of construction management for civil projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project, with experience in InEight considered an asset
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Compensation

  • Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum
  • Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
  • Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
