Dental Receptionist/Dental Assistant

We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist/Assistant with excellent communication skills, reliability, dedication, problem-solving skills and be willing to learn to join our team.

Job Details:

This job will mainly consist of assisting and reception duties.

Schedule:

You must be available to work the following shifts:

• Mondays: 12 to 8
• Wednesdays: 12 to 8
• Thursday: 12 to 8
• Friday: 12 to 8
• Saturdays: Alternate 9-4

Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
• Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
• Preparing patients for dental work.
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
