Altis is actively recruiting on behalf of our client in the insurance industry to join their team! If you are a recent LLQP professional this is the perfect role for you! This full-time, permanent role does involve hybrid working structure, with 3 days / week on-site in North York.
This opportunity also includes a competitive package offering 4 weeks vacation, RRSP and health and dental benefits (100% employer paid)! The Licensed Sales Representative -Life Insurance is responsible for inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policy.
The agent is responsible for delivering professional and timely service to the client. Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions
- Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures
- Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update client information as necessary
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
