This full-time, permanent role does involve hybrid working structure, with 3 days / week on-site in North York. The Licensed Sales Representative -Life Insurance is responsible for inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policy. The agent is responsible for delivering professional and timely service to the client. Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients regarding their insurance policies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions
- Assist clients with policy updates, coverage changes, and claims procedures
- Offer appropriate insurance products and services based on client needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and update client information as necessary
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
Qualifications and Skills
Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certificationPrevious experience in insurance sales or customer service is an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clientsDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in using computer systems and software applications
