Scope of the Position

The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the warehouse in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. They must maintain the telephone system and ensure that the calls are being answered in a prompt and courteous manner. They will also be responsible for filling in positions around the branch that are in need of an extra hand. They are also responsible for any other duties that are assigned to them by management.

Major Responsibilities

• Answer telephone from branches and assisting with inquires.
• Filing documents accordingly.
• Invoicing through ERP- EPICOR.
• Scanning orders to sales representative for review.
• Adjusting sales orders as needed.
• Fixing allocations, adjusting stock and locations through ERP - EPICOR.
• New duties may be added to this description with proper explanation at any time.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an Administrative Role
• ERP- EPICOR knowledge is an asset
• Responsible and reliable
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent telephone manner
• Polite and personable
• Pleasant and courteous
• Good team player, contributing to a pleasant and effective atmosphere
