Our client is very busy and they are continuing to grow their Financial Services practice group. They are now looking to add a strong junior to mid-level associate to their group of Financial Services experts in their Calgary office.
Qualifications and Attributes :
- 2-5 years of post-call banking & financial services private practice experience from a national or reputable regional law firm.
- Experience in acquisition financing's, corporate lending transactions, project financing's and other debt financing transactions would be considered an asset
- Strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams
- Qualified to practice law in Canada
