The OpportunityLounsbury Chevrolet Moncton is looking for a Body Shop Estimator. We invest in our employees through training programs and offer: Competitive Wages Group Benefits Plan, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability, that start on the first day of work (no waiting period) Paid Vacation and Sick days (vacation is negotiable based on experience) Company Pension Plan (after 6 months) Employee discounts on cars, services, and Lounsbury Furniture Career growth and continuous development Responsibilities Knowledge of Audatex or Mitchell Estimating Systems, with the capability to write a detailed automotive repair estimate Greet customers in person and on the phone, offering assistance as needed and updating them on the status of repairs Schedule appointments with customers Open and close work orders and assist with final billing Assist with parts ordering and receiving Collect payment from customers and issue receipts Assist in the daily shop production, including quality control of all vehicles being repaired Inspect finished repairs/work before the vehicle is given back to customerQualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in Automotive courses or certification will be an asset. Experience in auto body experience Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive estimating Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service Previous software experience in Audatex, Mitchell I-car training will be an asset. Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic Can effectively communicate automotive issues clearly Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract About Lounsbury Automotive Moncton The Lounsbury Group has successful retail operations in New Brunswick, covering the entire province from north to south.
