Warehouse Associate

Our client, a logistics and warehousing operation is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day shipping, receiving, and value-added production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment—so you can help keep orders moving accurately and safely.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.25 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill & taper line, and packing as assigned.
• Support order fulfillment through picking, induction billing, LTL sorting, and line loading/unloading activities.
• Handle receiving and unloading (manual) while maintaining accurate flow of materials and trailers.
• Complete value-added services such as kitting, production assembly, labeling, and postponement activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace by supporting general maintenance, trash removal (including pallet-jack and sit-down forklift use), and housekeeping/detrashing pallets of plastic and straps.

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and meet set performance and safety standards.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability to support accuracy and efficiency in a busy warehousing environment.
• Team player attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically intensive work, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, and standing for periods of time.
• manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required.
