This Help Desk Support technician will provide Level 1 and 2 support, in-person and remote internal employee desktop support, troubleshooting, and service monitoring. This is a contract to hire position with a company that offers growth opportunity and longevity. Location: Pickering.
$18.00/hr - $24.00/hr
40 hours, 8-5PM
Benefit packages for this role start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account with employer matching. Employees in this role are entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Pay: (In Canadian Dollars) $18-$24/HR - converts at $76,400K-$90,300K salary after 6 months (salary depends on performance).
