Server/Shift Leader - PARK Distillery Restaurant & Bar

We’re seeking a Server/Shift Leader to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park so don't miss our free daily distillery tours for an exclusive look into our boutique distillery, where we hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients. Server/Shift Leader

As a Server/Shift Leader, you will blend exceptional table service with daily operational leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. On the floor, you'll deliver flawless, hospitality-driven service that reflects a genuine passion for our venue and community. As a Shift Leader, you will support the GM and AGM by guiding front-of-house staff, coordinating between FOH and BOH teams, managing customer feedback, and setting up the restaurant for successful, high-standard shifts.

• Previous serving experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible schedule required
• Strong work ethic and a positive team player
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
