Tasks
- Preparedough for pies bread rolls and sweet goods batters for muffinscookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes orspecial customer orders
- Bake mixed dough andbatters
- Train staff in the preparation cookingand handling of food
- Prepare specialorders
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchenstaff
- Frost and decorate cakes and bakedgoods
- Train staff
- Ensurethat the quality of products meets establishedstandards
- Schedulestaff
- Inspect kitchen and food serviceareas
- Organize and maintaininventory
