Customer Service Rep

Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Rep for a Surrey, BC based organization in the construction, industrial facilities, and infrastructure sector. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales activity, coordinating orders, and delivering excellent service to customers in person and over the phone.

This role is ideal for someone with strong order entry, data accuracy, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries, ensuring a positive and responsive customer experience.
- Enter sales orders, returns, customer information, and related details accurately into internal systems and the CRM.
- Process counter sales, assist with credit card payments, and support walk-in customer orders.
- Support the sales team and Branch Sales Manager with inside sales administration, CRM updates, and customer follow-up.
- Coordinate mail, couriers, customer requests, issue resolution, and delivery scheduling with the operations team.
- Assist with picking and filling orders for walk-in customers as needed.
