Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative with Western, you will leverage our internal database to contact and qualify potential clients over the phone before passing them to a Sales Representative to close the transaction.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Utilize internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business
  • Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualifed leads on to the next stage of the sales process
  • Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
  • Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins / challenges and opportunities for growth

The value you bring

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone
  • You demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily breaking the ice with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information
  • Excellent note taking and clear documentation
  • Sales experience is an asset

Hours : Full Time, Permanent 37.5 hours / week

Location : Kitchener, ON

Salary Range : $40,000 + quarterly bonus
