Qualifications :
- 1 year + of experience in fast-pace, customer service OR sales position
- Proven track record of being a high performer / high achiever in work, school or extracurriculars
- Must thrive in a targets / metrics driven environment
- Extremely strong verbal English communication skills
Duties and Day-To-Day :
- Outbound cold-calling to senior decision makers across specific industries and discuss opportunities to attend our Summit
- Maintain weekly, monthly and overall campaign targets (metrics include but are not limited to; call volume, lead generation, new business booked)
- Build your own leads and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of contacts that you can reach out to in your business development efforts
- Stay knowledgeable about industry news, clients and proposition value for designated products you are working on
- Undergo extensive and ongoing training with your Manager who will work closely with you daily to build your sales and business knowledge
- Assist in general office activities as deemed necessary

Working hours : 8.30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8.30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. on Friday, with a lunch break for one hour between 12 : 30 p.m. and 1 : 30 p.m.
