Job Description :

Looking for an IMAC technician with minimum 1yearexperienced preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior technicianlooking for some outstanding IMAC experience.

Candidate will join anexperienced small team of IMAC technicians.

The team are responsible forrefreshing Dell Lenovo & Panasonic assets within the MB Hydroenvironment.

TheIMAC team are responsible for imaging and deploying all new laptopsPCs monitors plus accessories throughout the Hydro environment.

The team are basedout of the Hydro headoffice at 360 Portage Ave. but they alsosupport locations throughout Winnipeg which means the candidatemust operate a reliable vehicle and have a valid drivers license.

The candidate mustbe familiar with industry leading desktop / laptop hardware and mustbe skilled and experienced with the Microsoft Operating Systemenvironment.

Thecandidate must have excellent customerfacing skills.

The IMAC techs are responsiblefor refreshing user assets and ensuring that the enduser iscompletely satisfied upon completion.

Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairscomputer systems hardware and computer peripherals.

Documents maintains upgrades orreplaces hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user accountinformation including rights security and systems groups.

Trains employeesidentifies analyzes and repairs product failures orders andreplaces parts as needed.

Determines and recommends which products or servicesbest fit the customers needs.

May require an associates degree or its equivalent.

Requires at least 5years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Expert with a variety of thefields concepts practices and procedures.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan andaccomplish goals.

Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

May lead and direct the work ofothers.

Typicallyreports to a project leader or manager.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude isexpected.
