I am looking for an accounts payable clerk for my client, a company in the manufacturing sector. This is a permanent position in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Under the responsibility of the Accounting Director, the accounts payable agent will have the following main tasks :
- Manage the complete payables cycle for several group companies
- Matching receipt vouchers with payable invoices for several companies
- Recording of payable invoices in Genius software
- Classification and payment of invoices to suppliers
- Credit card reconciliation
- Ensure that inter-company transactions are properly recorded
- Management of multiple email boxes
- Communication with buyers to obtain documents
- Support to members of the accounting team
- All other related tasks
- Professional studies diploma in office automation, accounting, or any other relevant experience;
- 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- French and English bilingualism (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
