I am currently looking for a Quality Manager for my client located in Repentigny. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week). Your Role Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following tasks : -Lead and coordinate all quality-related activities to ensure products and processes comply with required standards. -Implement and monitor quality management systems. -Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous improvement.-Supervise internal and external audits to verify compliance with standards. -Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive action plans. -Train and educate teams on quality procedures and standards. -Manage non-conformities and ensure follow-up on corrective actions. -Actively participate in customer satisfaction by ensuring products meet their requirements. Your Professional Skills -Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, other relevant standards). -Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues. -Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Your Personality We are looking for a meticulous individual with a detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills. You are independent yet capable of close collaboration with other departments to achieve optimal results. Your Profile -3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. -Degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. -Proficiency with IT tools and ERP systems. -Fluency in French; English is an asset.
