Job Title:Forklift OperatorLocation:Winnipeg, Manitoba (On-site)Work Type:Full-timeSalary:$18-$19/hourVacancy:Existing vacancyThis Forklift Operator role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment,maintainingefficient inventory flow, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their forklift operating experience and commitment to safety.What You'll Do
  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload trucks and warehouse materials.
  • Safely stage, organize, and transport products within the warehouse.
  • Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment and report maintenance concerns.
  • Complete inventory counts, daily logs, and shipping/receiving documentation accurately.
  • Load and unload LTL and cross-dock freightin a timely manner.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness andcomply withall health and safety procedures.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity targets.
  • Support general warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
WhatYou’llBring
  • Must hold a valid forklift certification.
  • At least 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience.
  • Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbswhen required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Cross-dock, LTL, and material handling equipment experience are considered assets.
