Le poste
L’assistant(e) gérant(e) aide le gérant de magasin à atteindre les objectifs de vente, à améliorer la performance des employés et à assurer un déroulement efficace des activités du magasin. L'assistant(e) gérant(e) doit diriger en donnant l’exemple et en inspirant son équipe à générer des ventes ainsi qu’à offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout en véhiculant l’image et la culture de l’entreprise.
En l’absence du gérant de magasin, l’assistant(e) gérant(e) supervise toutes les activités du magasin.
