We currently have a senior leadership opportunity for an Operations Manager, Bio Products , Grande Prairie. Reporting to the Director Operations, Bio Products Canada, this position is responsible for all operational aspects of the regional office in Grande Prairie, which numbers approximately 15 staff.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operation of the office, the role is also responsible for managing key client relationships, business development and proposals, and growth of the business into new market sectors within the region.

- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with professional designation is preferred.
- More than 10 years’ experience working on delivery of engineering projects.
- 5 -10 years proven management experience, of increasing responsibility, with an EPC / EPCM company.
- Experience in an operations management role and in managing projects and studies will be strongly considered in the selection process.
- Experience in the pulp & paper or related industries will be strongly considered in the selection process.
- Ability to interact and engage with clients for the purposes of growing the business and representing the company at a senior management level.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff and support employee development.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills are required.
