This position provides cleaning, food prep and basic cooking to our outlets, while following all policies and procedures of SAIT.

The Role

• Cleaning of kitchen equipment, hand washing of dishes, operating dishwasher and overall maintaining a high level of safety and sanitation standards
• Deep cleaning of all equipment
• Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
• Food preparation
• Packaging of prepared foods, labeling & pricing
• Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Assume related duties as required
• This position will require lifting of up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods of time.
