This position provides cleaning, food prep and basic cooking to our outlets, while following all policies and procedures of SAIT.
The Role
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, hand washing of dishes, operating dishwasher and overall maintaining a high level of safety and sanitation standards
- Deep cleaning of all equipment
- Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
- Food preparation
- Packaging of prepared foods, labeling & pricing
- Assist with the opening and closing duties of the outlet
- Assume related duties as required
- This position will require lifting of up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods of time.
