Cottage Dream Vacations is a luxury resort development group seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to build relationships with accredited investors and high-net-worth individuals. This role offers exclusive access to confidential, high-value investment opportunities and the chance to directly shape the growth of our expanding resort portfolio.

What Your Work Looks Like

• Develop and execute sales campaigns and investor acquisition strategies
• Manage and access a network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
• Manage the full sales cycle—client engagement, onboarding, and relationship management
• Oversee CRM operations, monitor pipeline performance, and guide the team toward growth targets
• Ensure compliant operation of securities sales
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the EMD dealing representative and compliance team, and service providers to Cottage Dream Vacations

What We\'re Looking For in a Candidate

• Proven track record in fund-raising, private equity, wealth management, or investor relations
• Strong network of accredited and high-net-worth individuals
• Strong background in CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Understands securities compliance and instilling a compliance culture
• Strategic thinker able to plan, execute, and iterate growth initiatives
• Passion for financial innovation, access, and digital platforms
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• REQUIRED: Licensed dealing representative or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent licensing to sell exempt securities in Canada prior to start date

What We Offer

• Base salary: $90,000-$125,000 (depending on experience)
• Aggressive commissions consistent with industry averages (uncapped)
• Hybrid schedule (2 office days / 3 days in market)
